Pregnancy Bridesmaid Dress

It was a sweltering hot day, but despite the uncomfortable heat, the ceremony was beautiful. Kady and Julie stood next to each other with the rest of the bridal party, holding their red rose bouquets which matched their knee-length French satin dresses. She couldn’t pick out half the people in that church, who were fanning themselves with their programs, but they all seemed happy to be there. She did locate Keith’s business partner and childhood friend who sat with his wife and twin daughters, Danielle and Dakota Dawson. The girls gawked over the back of their seats as Jordan walked Taylor down the aisle. When they reached the altar, Jordan turned to his mother and gave her a kiss on the cheek, then whispered, "I love you, mom." At this point, Taylor’s eyes swelled with tears and it didn’t stop there. She couldn’t keep from crying as her & Keith exchanged vows, but when she sniffled, she made herself laugh. It didn’t take long for everyone to join in. The ceremony carried on smoothly. At the part where the priest asked if anyone had a reason for them not to be married, Jordan looked over at Julie and smirked. She smiled back uncertainly, squeezing the beaded bouquet handle, and felt the blood rush to her cheeks. A warmth came over her face and chest that had nothing to do with the heat in the church. Watching him stand across from her as their parents got married was harder than she thought it would be.
