Pregnancy Costumes

Used to be difficult to get decent pregnant costumes, let alone creative ones that smartly fit the belly bump. Those days are now over and you get a wide choice of maternity costumes that you will want to wear.
You can actually find outfits that are made for pregnant women. You can easily find angel, baker, devil, rag doll, fairy costumes and even a pirate costume for pregnant women.
If you think that this limits your choice, you can actually look at outfits that are loose. This can be dresses like the flapper costume, loose fairy costumes and even some goddess costumes. Toga costumes fit well in this category as well. The idea is to choose those that can hide the belly bump. This, of course, is easier, if you are in the earlier stages of pregnancy.

There is one more group of costumes that think out-of-box in accommodating the growing belly. These are the ones that have a basic round shape. Did you ever think of that?
How about a lemon or an apple? Very colorful and round and will fit perfectly. There are apple costumes that have a worm sticking out. A bowling ball will fit just as well, and you can go with your husband dressed up for bowling as well.
Probably the cutest of the round pregnant costumes is the bee costume. It comes with yellow and black stripes, hood with an antenna, wings and a bee stinger.
